The in-house development "MAVERIK" CRM for Windows has been used successfully for many years as Allergopharma's customer management system for sales reporting. Medomus Mobile developed a Windows app for field staff to use MAVERIK on-the-go. The technical programming implementation was handled by AppPlusMobile Systemhaus.

The MAVERIK app grants sales and health policy employees access to the complete customer database, enabling them to promptly forward customer requests to the head office for implementation. Furthermore, they can efficiently plan routes and create corresponding visit and daily reports.
